Pharmacist/Store Manager

 JOB SUMMARY:

As a Community Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our community. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties related to dispensing medications, providing healthcare advice, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Medication Dispensing: Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter (OTC) products to patients. Verify prescriptions, provide proper dosage instructions, and ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards.

- Patient Counseling: Offer counseling and education to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions. - Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and clarity.

- Compounding: Prepare and compound specialized medications when required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.

- Pharmacy Operations: Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace.

- Prescription Processing: Process and verify prescription orders, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations, including controlled substance handling and record-keeping.

- Customer Service: Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the pharmacy, assist patients with their healthcare needs, and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

- Staff Training: Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure they adhere to best practices, safety standards, and customer service protocols.

- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, new medications, and healthcare trends by participating in continuing education and professional development activities.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, prescription logs, and any other required documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. Your daily tasks will include assisting with prescription processing, inventory management, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

HEAD PHARMACIST

Location: Tycoon Centre, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Functions:
• Provides remote assistance on processing of prescriptions and medication orders and refills online or over the counter.
• Quote, review and enters orders for dispensation, dispatching using the online pharmacy system.
• Provide onsite, online, SMS or voice customer assistance and advise.
• Interact with potential and current customers in social media, sms, phone and CRM system.
• Monitor inventory quantity and quality of medicines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of FDA requirements and standards.
Requirements:
• Licensed Pharmacist
• Have good understanding and knowledge of generic and branded drugs
• Proficiency in medical Latin abbreviation in prescriptions
• Good command of English, Tagalog and Visayan dialect both orally and typing form.
• Computer literate and social media communication savvy.
• Can to work independently and efficiently.
• Agile, customer centric, self-motivated and organized.

ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING STAFF

Location: Tycoon Centre, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Functions:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations, permits and clearances
  • Preparing and maintaining important financial reports 
  • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
  • Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently 
  • Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
  • Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments

Requirements:

  • Preferably a CPA or Accountancy Graduate
  • 1 year Experience
  • Software savvy
