How do I pay for my order?

We accept Bank Deposit Only as of the moment.

1. Search for the product you wish to purchase in our catalog section.  You can search by keyword.

2. Select your product from the search results.

3. Select the dosage strength (if applicable).

4. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click Add to Cart.

5. Click on Continue Shopping to find other products or click on Checkout to complete your purchase.

6. Follow the payment instruction, or if you have concern, click 24/7 Live Chat on lower right corner of the website.

Once proof of payment is validated, you will then receive a confirmation email and a Tracking number from our Fulfillment Department.

 Once your payment is verified, your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary, but we'll ensure it's prompt.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Then you may enter it in Trace & Track section on our website.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel, just chat with us in the live chat. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How much is shipping?

FREE shipping fee nationwide.

Minimal fee for International order.

How do you ship orders?

We use established and reputable private couriers to deliver orders to our customers. Tracking information will be sent to you via email upon shipment. Then you may enter it in the tracking section on our website.

How quickly will I receive my order?

For Metro Manila orders and outskirt provinces, if payment is received by 2:00 PM, you can expect to receive your order the same day. If payment is received after 2:00 PM, you can expect to receive your order the next business day.

For provincial orders, after payment has been received, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 business days.

What is your return policy?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we only allow returns of DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT items within three (3) business days of receipt. Send us an e-mail at curemedico.ph@gmail.com to report the defective or incorrect item. DO NOT ship us the product until you have received confirmation from us. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective or incorrect item has been shipped back to us. Kindly scan and email us a copy of the proof of shipping for faster processing. We will pay for the return shipping.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?

Yes, with minimal shipping fee.
